Dimensions on Report Images

I am trying to revamp our product detail reports and I am having trouble finding where to control the dimension text appearance.  I can change the dimension style and text style, but I can't figure out how to make the text darker so it's visible. 
Does anyone know where that control lives?  Have I just skimmed over it 100 times?
Also, does anyone know why the height dimension is angled?  I can't seem to control that bugger either.
