Dowel Machining on Stretchers/Rails - Machining from Back Edge instead of Front?

I our old Legacy Library the rear stretcher machines from the back edge instead of the front edge, and in the Foundation Library it currently machines from the front edge.  Is there a way to change this in the Foundation Library so the rear stretcher machines from the back edge?
