Doweling holes miss aligned from right to left

Hi all!
I've got a problem where my dowel holes from left side to right side of my cabinet are coming out off by .003" different. On the nested side panels the right side are .375" but the left side are coming out .3747" from the edge.

Does any one have any ideas as to why this may be happening?
