Draw Dynamic Image - Parts List Discrepancy

When going to make shop drawings we are looking for the parts list to reflect each part without the edge banding deducted from the part size.

Using mvpartslist the dimensions are accurate, but when using Dynamic image it deducts the edge banding from the part sizes.
