Draw Toe Kick Box

I have recently changed companies I work for and am missing something we used at the previous company. We had a global to draw a simple 3D Box under the base cabinets for elevations and to snap dimensions to. I have added a capture of the global I thought would do this but it does not. Is there a way to get this?
