Drawing in 2D adds chairs....

Okay this is the weirdest thing I've ever seen happen in my life. We needed to add a rear toe kick notch and the next thing I know we have two chairs hanging out on the drawing. 

We actually can't even process this job, due to these things I assume. Has anyone ever seen this before? Or have any idea what the heck is going on?

Nothing at all looks out of place in the spreadsheet.
