"FOUNDATION LIBRARY" DRAWING STANDARDS used for "Submittal" through "Singed Contract"

I am attempting to change how the dims in Plan & Elevation, for the "Mitered End Panel can be adjusted to what I want.

I was able to simply delete, in "Parts Properties", the dims showing in Plan & Elevation. This process does not work the same with the "End Panel".
