I have a quick question regarding a project the Design team is working on. They have hired an AutoCAD specialist to create a new drawing template, and one of the proposed changes is to completely rename the existing layers and add new ones.

My concern is whether this is advisable, since my understanding is that the current layer structure is connected to various cabinet parts and components throughout the Microvellum system. I am worried that making significant changes to the layer names could create issues with existing functionality, automation, or drawing consistency.

From my perspective, it may be more beneficial for the team to become familiar with and utilize the drawing template already provided by Microvellum rather than introducing a completely new layer structure.
