Dynamic Image creation problem - index out of range

Hi.

Getting the below error message when trying to create a dynamic image of a product.

To my knowledge, nothing has been changed to cause this and I have searched endlessly to try and find an error or anything that may shed some light on this through the products design data or any global setting.

Anyone got any idea how to solve this error?
