Seeing that there has been no further "development" of these modules, will using various "Builds and Libraries" have different drawing outcomes?.

I.E. the problems that exist in using Build  23.1.3298.641 Library v045.0 the same when using Build 23.1.0502.641 and Library 23.0320???
