EPB Angled Wall

I have built the wall in five sections and made my modifications to the verticals for the angled area and the top and bottom plate are not totally plowed. It occurs on the interior side only. 

Anyone experience this issue?

Also: once all the modifications are complete, do you need to create a product or can those mods be saved?
