EPB/SMT/SMA and Associative Machining

Is there a procedure, in place, for adding additional machining to a “Vertical” for attaching a “In-Wall Support Bracket”. The only way,  I know in accomplishing this, would be to draw a replacement profile and change out the studs to be used for the In-Wall Support Bracket.
