Has anyone encountered this message?

I want to specify that I have not deleted any product from this project.

''Object reference not set to an instance of an object'' (in the attached window the message is in French but it is the same thing).

This message appears when I click on the Product Prompts button.

After I press ok until the window disappears, the Product Prompts window opens and after I close the window I get a Fatal Error message.

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?
