Error: Index was outside the bounds of the array


Every once and while we get an item that constantly errors upon edits and redraws
"Index was outside the bounds of the array"

Rebuild the walls, rebuild the product, make adjusts and it recreates the item but continues to error.






Any ideas of what to check into???
