I have been asked multiple times if it is possible to give estimated cutting times for Nested Panels to help determine the workload per day or release to the shop.  Coming from CutRite for our panel saw we are getting this information so having similar outputs for a Nest would be beneficial when calculating shop labor and hours required on a machine. 

For Routing and Vertical Drilling the tool file already includes Entry Speed, Feed Rate.  Since we are also creating the nest it should be possible to calculate the distances traveled.  With the addition of the machines movement speed when not machining I would think it is possible to come up with an estimated time that could then be adjust to get closer to accurate the more data and time you have recorded.

Panel Load/Unload time could simply be 2 variables that are manually input at the global level or written into the formula.  These could also be built into the processing station info.
