Does anyone else cut their parts oversize on a nesting cnc?

I have discovered the below solution, but it only works for straight parts, not for anything that requires a curved polyline.

1. Set Edgebanding material to have a part size adjustment:

Make sure the processing station is set to Custom Edgeband Amount:

this setup works for straight panels:

With curved parts they require the machining token: EDGEBAND

This token doesn't seem to be connected with the Part Size Adjustment so it doesn't add excess material in the composite. 

Does anyone do anything similar to this that works or have a different solution??
