Exiting Options window causes 10+ Seconds Delay

Hi,

We have a weird problem with a new server update and was wondering if anyone else had heard of this.  When we click
      Toolbox Setup->Options and close the Options Window, we cannot interface with any of the microvellum buttons for about 10 seconds.

I tested a connection to our previous server at another building, and there was no lag or delay.

I'm pretty sure this is affecting everyone.  I was helping a drafter and she accidentally clicked the wrong thing, options instead of project spec groups, and said here's to another 10 seconds lol.

Its a really odd bug, not a big issue, just gets annoying after a while.

Any input to what or why, or what I can test to get more information would be great.
