Architectural Woodwork Engineer

Custom Source Woodworking is currently seeking a full-time engineer with extensive industry and Microvellum knowledge in Tumwater, WA.

This is an in-person position.  We are not seeking freelance or contract work and will offer relocation assistance to the right candidate, along with a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engineering drawings using Microvellum and AutoCAD

• Collaborate with production teams to improve processes, efficiency, and quality

• Establish and follow quality control standards

• Manage material specifications and ensure compliance with company standards

• Maintain accurate project documentation and records

• Work closely with craftsmen, project managers, and internal teams to support successful project delivery
  
  

Pay Range (DOE)

• Engineer Level 4 (Significant Experience): $30–36/hr
