Extruded product builder - Curved Bench

We are currently looking at producing cutable curved pieces to build a curved bench (See images attached) as per the design. The issues we are running into is our extrusion runs into our walls. Has anyone ever created a product similar to this? Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated.
