Hi guys we keep having the same issue happen when running face 6 flip sheets as you can see in the photos attached. I have made these pieces overdramatic to what happens when running the program. I know the issue is from the sheet not sitting in the exact right spot due to flexible pins and user issue. I've in the past run with part programs but they end up adding to much machine time to each I was hoping someone now's of a way to swap the machining process with out swapping the green and red lines in the nest. We run into issues with the pieces being the wrong way when they have cut outs and other things thanks guys.
