Face Framed Cabinets

Hello,
​
I have a question about face framed cabinets.
When "Door-Drawer" and "Drawer Bank" are not using frame mid rail but we keep the stretcher.
Is there an option to move the stretcher 1/8" back from the back of the door/drawer front and have stop dado?
