Has anyone managed to install the latest FDM spec group components?

I have just completed a full and new install of BSB 26', but they have not come through with the install. Tried asking MV AI, but got me no where, so asked to speak to a human and whilst waiting, thought I would ask here.

As said, it is a fresh full install (just starting to look at converting from OEM) and looking at the out of the box config, but not there. Tried exporting and re importing a project as AI suggested, but nothing.

Any ideas, tips?
