we would like to make two piece MDF panels, one piece frame work like shaker style 18mm, with a rebate in the pocket, and the 2nd piece of say 9mm is inserted into the rebate pocket. This speeds up the finishing process, i'm going to attempt to make this myself, but think it will be beyond my current capabilities.
