It would be great to have the ability to move around in the CAD space when the Project/Library Setup window is open.

It would be very useful to measure when dealing with new hardware so we don't have to close and open repeatedly when measuring holes for instance.

I've also noticed in the past, going in and out of the setup window can cause a fatal crash after doing it quite a few times so this might help allieviate that
