Feature Request: Angled Dimension direction fix

Someday, I hope we see those sweet 3d dimension tokens that so many of us voted for. I also hold out hope for a fix to the angled dimensions being drawn the wrong (flipped) direction.

This is what we currently get with dims that have different X and Y beginning/end values: (DIMENSION SHOWN IN RED)

This is what we should be getting: (DIMENSION SHOWN IN GREEN)
