Feature Request: Bring back the ability for SMA/SMT to apply width/length & Grain Direction based on overall Part Size

In older builds like Build: 21.1.0519.641  SMA/SMT had the ability to apply logically apply Grain Direction based on material type and overall Part Size (width/length).  In the newer '22 builds that function has been removed.

When building a multi piece desk that may be U-shaped or worse the width/length appears to be assigned to parts based on the their overall rotation and location in reference to the global 0,0,0 point.  That is fine but then when you start trying to analyze and process the parts the system try's to force them into sheets based off the width/length and doesn't appear to allow them to rotate.  This is made worse when using plywood or something with a grain direction that you would also want to have oriented based off that.

Having to manually manipulate parts and apply or override grain direction in the Part Properties or in the hidden section of the spread sheet get time consuming and tedious.  Example:  I am currently working on a 3 Unit U-Shaped desk that has 50+ parts for every unit.  What feels like half of those parts need to be manipulated to get them to optimize in the work order and on the sheets correctly.

I would like to see this feature be brought up towards the top of the list of things to bring back.  The ability for the software to logically apply a width/length and Grain Direction based on material type and overall, Part Size was a huge improvement and time saver so that we didn’t have to go into the spreadsheets and manually review and apply this information to be able to get optimizations to work.
