It will take a moment to get used to these tabs coming from the old school one but I'm willing to adapt to change if there is an improved use case for it. 

I like the idea of having everything taking less clicks to access and this style of ribbon however here i have a ton of space yet things are broken in to 2 tabs. Half of these buttons we will never use and i have to swap between tabs to get to what I need.

What i suggest is just like BSB Ribbon, allow users to create a custom Ribbon with whatever we want. It may only save a click or 2 but it would be far more user friendly having everything so easily accessible.

BONUS REQUEST - Pleaseeee bring back the ability to have multiple reports open at a time. I hate having to do one, print it off, close it, open the next one and repeat. I used to just open all reports in one hit and then mash the print, close, print close, print close, it was much quicker.
