FEATURE REQUEST: LISP Routines Please!

I know I’m asking for something that probably isn’t going to happen, but I thought I’d throw it out there anyway.

I used to have a ton of LISP routines that helped us speed up our processes. Some were very simple, others more complex. But the need came because we had reached our limit of what we could do with Microvellum and were being constrained by the performance of AutoCAD.

We had lisps for dimensioning that would change the layer, change osnap settings, automatically included dimcontinue, and then would revert any changed settings back to what the user had. We had an awesome lisp for copying and renumbering layout tabs - it literally took seconds to add any number of layouts, all of which were renumbered (renamed) at the same time. We also had one that would zoom to our view and automatically select the page scale based on how it would best fit. What used to take us way too long to do was done in a matter of minutes.

I miss this, but unfortunately, you must have full AutoCAD to use custom lisps. That means more money for users to maintain their own AutoCAD licenses.

I’d love to share some of the lisps if they could be built in with a future update!! Pretty please!
