FEATURE REQUEST: Part Properties Open Inside Selected Sub

I like how if you click on a part after selecting to open Edit Design Data, it opens inside of the Sub or Nested Sub that the selected part resides in.  I would like to see the same feature on the Part Properties interface as well.  It would save a couple clicks to get inside the right location.
