FEATURE REQUEST - Project Specification Group In Use Message

When editing Project Spec. Groups it is possible for more then one engineer to have them open. This can cause the changes to be over written due to the caching of the data when the editor is opened. It would be nice for those of us that use SQL Sever to be notified if this is open and by which user if credentials are being used.
