So i've been trying to speed up our work order selection list and have been archiving all of our old jobs so we can access them at a later date if need be.

The problem is, in the utilities -> database management section, when I do this, I have to select each record one by one and when there are a few thousand there to do, this is time consuming and (almost literally) painful!

It would be fantastic if I could just hold shift and select all the records I want to archive in one hit like a windows browser and would save so much time!
