If this already exists, please let me know...

We house a lot of our high-level, background data inside the F! workbook.  Currently, I know that you can restrict users from entering Workbook Explorer, but I do not see an option to keep them out of that workbook specifically.  This security option would be helpful for us, as we need engineers to have access to Workbook Explorer, but it would be very dangerous if someone started changing that data.
