When opening the Draw Part in 2D menu (2D Tools and Parts List), automatically load with the user's previous docked location. Presently, when opening it will only open as a floating menu, requiring the user to redock - after almost 7 years, my menu dock location has been the same. Below shows an example of the docked menu, and how it reopens by default as a floating window.
