We have determined that spacing out small parts enough that it is more than double the diameter of the border tool plus a 1/4" that the parts will not move. Currently we have to mostly do this by hand. I tend to use a different processing station to space them and then copy those sheets into any other processing that I have done to make this happen. Usually this takes a while. It would be nice to be given the option under the small part threshold on the processing center to space small parts differently than larger parts.
