Finished End Capturing Thick Back

When our trainer helped us set up our build method initially, we had the bright idea to capture backs and use a pre laminated product with a blind dado tenon type method. We scratched that idea and reverted back to post laminate. However, our backs are still showing as being captured so essentially 11/16" too short in width and the finished end is extending to the wall making the side 7/16" too long. I have gone into the library and checked post laminate and unchecked FE overlay. (It wasn't check. I confirmed). Can someone tell me where to find this setting. Somehow the dado and tenon are gone but the side is still extending
