Floating License quitting out while I'm logged in at work

We upgraded to one of the most recent versions of toolbox recently


I received this error while I had active connection to the server and internet:


Then I clicked Refresh License in Toolbox/Help, 10 minutes later I got another error (No screen shot, it said)


I clicked Close and it just force exited Toolbox causing my project to not save.  It doesn't happen often, is there something I can do to prevent it from appearing?  I thought an active connection was enough.
