I am using Ardis Optimizer but when we have perfect grain 

I get this message "Fourth phase cutting found with 4Parts . Those Labels will be skipped" and I don't get those labels. I been told by tech. support we have to make a request for this development to happen in this Microvellum chat so it can be in the road map for the development department. We desperate need this issues to be resolve. Please!!
