G-Code Footer

I would like to send my router to a specific coordinate (like X0.00 Y3100) after a board cut. Does anybody know where I can change the footer during processing of my workorder? I'm using the Microvellum Nesting Optimizer.

Current footer:
G00 Z28.200
G00 X0.00 Y0.00
G80
