Grain Matching in BSB not working properly

Parts that should be grain matching vertically in a single cabinet are not.

Material is set as grained. Perfect Grain is on. Split doors from drawer fronts is set to 0 as well as split double width cabinet.

Allow Grain Matching across multiple cabinets is off as it was grouping every cabinet with a grain match identifier of 1. Now that it is turned off the grain match identifier is localized to the product number.

The parts are grouping with parts from the same cabinet as they should but not in the proper configuration. The drawer fronts are being placed below the doors on the sheet instead of above like they should be. I have included the nest drawing of one of the most recent attempts.

The most frustrating part is that some cabinets will configure properly one time and not the next. It's like if they do match it is purely by coincidence. Any help would be greatly appreciated. A ticket has been submitted but I wanted to post here to maybe cover more ground.
