Grass Zargen in Foundation Library

I see these in the hardware and graphics folder, but don't see any options to select Zargen in the project or hardware wizard. Am I missing something, or is Zargen not available in the foundation?

Has anyone added this? My understanding is the is like the zbox, but zbox has side mount full extension slides, where zargen has the epoxy slide like metabox.
