Hardware Flipping Issue

Hi all,

We're customizing a butt hinge to be placed automatically through subroutine association. It's mostly working, but we're running into an issue with the orientation flipping when adjusting the position.

When we change the Y-Origin from 0 to -3.0 for example, the hinge flips in the opposite direction as if it's trying to avoid collision with the edge (see images below). We've tried adjusting placement rules, but it keeps reverting or flipping unpredictably.

Has anyone run into this before? Is there a way to force the orientation or override this behavior?

Appreciate any guidance!
