Has anyone had issues with 'Fury' tongues in particleboard

Been having an issue with tongues coming off the nesting machine being quite rough and needing sanding before assembly. Using a 3flute 8mm spiral cutter . Has anyone had this issue or can help with advice that would be awesome :)
