I'm hoping someone can explain why several of my door types that appear in my door workbook do not show up in the prompt drop down window as possible options.

I'm attaching two screen shots. One of my workbook showing all the door styles in the "Generic_Five_Piece" section, and a second one showing the available options when I open the drop down menu in the prompts. 

The Generic_Five_Piece category contains door styles from row 108 thru 122. Nothing below row 114 shows up in the prompt window. Row 114 is a door style that has been modified over the past few years and I'm wondering if I somehow broke a link to the rows below?

Any advice on troubleshooting this would be appreciated.
