Help with drawer box formula

We stock drawer materials in a few different widths (2.5,3,4,6,9). If I have a 3 drawer base with two 5.5" top drawer fronts and a bottom 12.375" drawer front the max drawer box height is 11.0207". With the formula below in the bottom drawer box height I get zero. The best I can tell is if the bottom drawer max height exceeds the available drawer rip heights the result is zero. I need it to pick the largest rip instead of using zero. I have a large project with a few hundred drawer bases in it. It was not fun checking each one to make sure it had drawer box drawn.
We have just recently started using reports to build our dovetail drawer boxes. It wasn't an issue until it was. Any help would be appreciated.
