Why all of a sudden am I missing a hinge cup mounting hole?

Token is correct, hasn't changed!

Y Start: =M2U(-22.5,G!Accuracy)

Y End: =M2U(22.5,G!Accuracy)

Dist between Hole: =M2U(45,G!Accuracy)

Tried changing G!Accuracy from =UNC(4,2) just to 4

Tried changing the tokens to (4) vs G!Accuracy =M2U(22.5,4) & =M2U(45,2)

Flipped the negative and positive 22.5

Just flips the (1) hole but not (2) holes still

Checked the math .... 45/2 = 22.5 Yup!

Nothing is getting the (2) holes drilled now!

What is going on all of a sudden???
