We're looking for an experienced Microvellum Drafter / Millwork Engineer to join our team and help turn complex architectural designs into accurate, production-ready millwork.

What You'll Do

• Develop detailed shop drawings and submittal packages using AutoCAD and Microvellum.
• Engineer commercial cabinetry, casework, and custom architectural millwork for manufacturing.
• Generate accurate production drawings, cut lists, material takeoffs, and CNC-ready documentation.
• Review architectural plans, specifications, and project requirements for accuracy and constructability.
• Collaborate directly with Project Management, Purchasing, and Production to resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure engineering documentation supports efficient manufacturing, installation, and our quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Microvellum and AutoCAD required.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial cabinetry, architectural millwork, or related manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction, materials, hardware, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience interpreting architectural drawings and producing detailed shop drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a manufacturing-focused mindset.
• Experience with CNC programming and production workflows preferred.
