I'm just curious everyone's thoughts. Would you want to work for a company that sets up an interview time slot up for you and then you wait an hour and hear nothing? I understand time is valuable for companies, but if they don't value your time either, why would you pursue it?

This just happened to me. My thought on this is that is takes 2 seconds to let them know you are running late or off schedule.
