How can I make screw holes on face 5/6 a

Hi. I'm new to Microvellum. I've been trying to add a screw hole in a 25mm bottom panel that is perpendicular to a groove where the outer wall panel sits and have been using the right machining tool, but the holes are not showing up on the drawing. And also, how can I add screw holes on face 5/6 in part properties? Red marking on the image shows where the screw holes should be and the first 3 should be through-drilled holes from the cleat to reach the bottom panel. If someone has a video that show how it's done, it would really help a lot. Thank you.
