How have you guys created a costing model (inside or outside of MV) for your entire cabinet line?

We are in process of redesigning our entire product line utilizing MV.  I have the latest MV Cost Report, but it takes a while to generate the report for a large room of cabinets.  I'm wanting to get a price for ALL of our cabinets and don't want to spend 3days running the cost report for each cabinet in our spec book.
