How do "Gaming" Graphics compare VS "Professional" Cards

looking at the system requirements it seems to be suggesting PC's with 'professional' graphics cards rather than "Gaming" cards.  Is there any real distinction?

Looking at getting a new workstation, A PC with an RTX-A1000 is the same price as a better speced RTX-4060Ti which appears to have way better performance.

Is there any reason not to use a 'gaming' card over a 'professional' one?
